- Aims to deliver within 3–4 working days. This service does not include tracking.

If you choose the untracked delivery option, Diezliberty is not responsible for delays, missing parcels, or non-delivery, as tracking and delivery confirmation are not available with this service.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement
Delivery Delays
Diezliberty cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
International Orders & Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Diezliberty does not collect or cover international customs fees at checkout, and we are unable to predict the cost, as fees vary by country. If applicable, your local postal service or customs office will contact you regarding payment before delivery.
By placing an international order, you agree to cover any additional customs or import charges. If these fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a refund may be issued for the item value only (excluding shipping costs), provided the items are returned in their original, unopened condition.
For more information about customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.
Lost, Missing & Non-Delivered Items Policy
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow extra time for Royal Mail delays, especially during busy periods, strikes, or adverse weather.
Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date.
Lost Items
If your item is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we will open a claim with them on your behalf. Once the claim has been completed and Royal Mail confirms the outcome, we will issue a refund or replacement where appropriate.
Please note:
- We cannot issue a refund or replacement until Royal Mail’s investigation is complete.
- Royal Mail investigations can take up to 30 working days from the date the claim is submitted.
Important Information
- Claims can only be opened by us, as we are Royal Mail’s customer.
- We are unable to speed up Royal Mail investigations.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once Royal Mail has confirmed the item is lost.
