We can only accept returns on piercing jewellery and earrings which have not been removed from their original clear packaging - due to hygiene reasons.
If you are not happy with a product, simply contact us and return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note delivery charges are non refundable, and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
If your item has been delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewellery or earrings, where the original packaging seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
