Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

For piercing jewellery and earrings, returns can only be accepted if the items remain in their original, sealed, clear packaging, due to hygiene regulations.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• You must obtain proof of postage when returning an item. If your parcel is lost and no proof of postage is provided, we may be unable to process your return.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any body jewellery or earrings where the original seal has been broken.
